Gonj: So did Prince V ever marry the plump princess?

Thetis:  Yes!  It was a beautiful wedding and the reception lasted a full week. 

Gonj:  What changed his mind?

Thetis:  Remember, traveling in those days was always precarious… they had already made it safe to that Island, which really was a tropical paradise, and since it was out of the question to return to his ancestral home of Sinhapura, what options did he have? 

Gonj: Why was the prince banished from Sinhapura in the first place?

Thetis:  I never did find the exact cause, but I know it was his own father, King Sinhabahu that did it… the official reason stated was  “misconduct”.

Thetis:  So Prince Vijaya was crowned the king of Heladiva, Kuveni turned out to be a dutiful and affectionate queen and bore him many children.    He ruled over a prosperous and peaceful kingdom for 38 years.
