Cartoon Headquarters present:

Sketchbook Scans

The first thing you will see is a painting of a naked chick in Manet’s Luncheon on the Grass from 1863, and below it a page from my notes for Art History class, where I did a more modest sketch of her while we looked at the slide and the professor pontificated.

Next up are 2 scenes from a baby shower.  I must be the only man I know that doesn’t mind attending a baby shower, as long as I don’t have to play any of the insipid games and I can bring my sketchbook.

Following that is a series of drawings of Jamie Roll, a very pretty girl that I had a big crush on at Riverside City College in 1981, but ultimately decided not to marry her as she was just too much of a dizz-whizz to be raising my children.

Finally, a drawing from the 1970s when I worked at Gemco, and we were on strike and Bob Weibe was our manager.  It looks like I copied it from a Frank Frazetta drawing.

Peace my homies!
