The delay for completing the airship was due to a problem with the solar panels.  The amount of electricity needed to run such a large vaporizer necessitated a greater amount of panels…but more panels created too much weight… which meant that we’d never get the ship off the ground!   Fortunately I was able to confer with a solar panel expert.  (We had been roommates at Cocono Correctional)  He suggested using Focused Mylar mirrors (which are much lighter) to replace the standard solar panels.
